Our level of expertise allows us to identify, specify and deliver comprehensive and flexible solutions. We have facilitated "discovery workshops" at project commencement whereby business requirements and constraints are identified in consultation with all interested parties and stake-holders.
- Project Management: focused on achieving a high-quality outcome every time and on time, these services concern the management of technical and project resources and on communicating project status, queries and requests for direction and information to clients.
- Product Specification: many solutions require a degree of software development or customisation to tailor the user interface, functionality, calculations and other aspects of our base products. Promptly preparing a detailed specification for client approval is an essential prelude to product customisation.
