| | This infrastructure is automatically offered to clients as an integral part of our proposition and includes: - Online Help Desk: We operate an online issue tracking system for our customers to report suspected defects, request information and log requests for change management.
- Testing Website: We offer clients a "work in progress" microsite hosted on a webserver and accessed under normal password security. This is used to:
- deliver both software and document deliverables by electronic download.
- provide access to draft and development versions of the tools to enable clients to see work in progress.
- enable a degree of pre-delivery acceptance testing.
- Online Integration Tester: Where systems integration is an important part of a project, We offer clients access to the online finanz tools Integration Tester (FIT) web application. This is often used for clients to exercise and acceptance test integration interfaces, and to deliver and store specific scenarios to analyse and respond to.
