The FAPI allows third-party system developers to customise the appearance and behaviour of finanz tools via a programmers interface.  This interface is available in our client-side Java and Flash products and is ideal for:

• receiving product data such as particular mortgage interest rates, fees and other data.
• user interface customisation – fields can be editable, locked and/or be made visible or invisible depending on the product, user rights and other factors.
• exchanging customer related data with third party systems. Details such as an outstanding loan amount may be transferred into finanz tools to apply to a simulation. Calculated results, such as a mortgage repayment or the interest chargeable, or graphical images from finanz tools can be transferred out for printing, storage and application in other systems such as CRM and other customer databases.
